Plum’s new voice application development platform launched several weeks ago and we’re amazed at how many developers have already signed up for accounts to create both traditional IVR applications for business as well as voice applications that emulate web site functionality. Just last week, we had over 500 developers sign up for accounts over a three-day period. Due to the platform’s easy to use drag-and-drop interface, there’s also been a lot of interest from less technical people who need to create voice applications to rout calls or automate a business process.
