Join Plum's developer site to initiate VoiceXML application development. You can quickly build applications, and Plum will help you to deploy complete enterprise solutions via our hosted gateways or onsite systems. VoiceXML development is similar to web development. Any web server can serve VoiceXML applications via HTTP to a telephony gateway (the VoiceXML "interpreter" or "browser"). The telephony gateway renders the VoiceXML as an audible interactive voice application. Like HTML web pages, VoiceXML pages can be static or generated dynamically. Telephony gateways can be hosted or located at a customer premise. When you sign up for a developer account, you will receive access to a complete Plum VoiceXML IVR system for development and testing. You can receive expert advice from our developer support forum, and you will have access to developer tools such as:

VoiceXML scratchpads and validation tools
VoiceXML tutorial and language reference docs
Dedicated phone number for application testing
Access to 3rd-party IDE with full VoiceXML support, including tag insert and attribute assistance
