in

A one-of block specifies a set of alternative legal rule expansions, each of which is contained within an <item> block. This element is an essential building block of any XML grammar that defines more than one valid utterance. The xml:lang attribute, which defaults to “xml:lang” global property of the “xml:lang” attribute of the <grammar> tag, acts as the language identifier.
