COVID-19 Update

A message from our CEO, Matt Ervin

As we are all aware, the Coronavirus has forced unprecedented circumstances upon us. Plum Voice is committed to safely providing the platforms you need to stay in touch with your end users. The following is an update on what we're doing to support our clients as well as our own team.

For Our Customers

Plum Voice is ready to help our clients expand the range and volume of their communications if needed.  For example,  some of our customers may want to send large-scale announcement calls which may not be typical for them. We are soliciting your cooperation by notifying us if this is a likely scenario for your business. This will allow us to make any necessary adjustments to help ensure a smooth experience during your campaigns. Also, please feel free to reach out to support or your account manager for best practices if you plan to do so.

For The Plum Voice Team

Plum Voice has internally released a COVID-19 Business Continuity Plan. The document provides guidelines for our employees, including the following measures.

  • While our offices are open, all employees are encouraged to work from home. In the event that a Plum Voice employee is confirmed to have contracted COVID-19, that employee is required to self-quarantine for at least 14 business days, and to seek medical help immediately.
  • Work-sponsored travel for meetings are cancelled for the time-being. A notice will be sent out to our offices when work-sponsored travel may resume.
  • In the event that there is a confirmed COVID-19 case among our employees who are currently working from one of our physical office locations, or in the event that a Plum Voice employee comes in contact with a close family member/roommate with a confirmed case of COVID-19, steps will be implemented to ensure the office is disinfected before employees return to work, and affected employees will be required to self-quarantine for at least 14 days.
